Orders are lovingly packed & shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays, from our store front in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our Golden Gals will make every effort to pack & ship your order within 24-48hrs of receipt. Should you need your order to go out ASAP, please make a note on your order or contact us directly so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If you are having a piece custom made for you, or your item is a special order please see your order notification for your wait time.


Terms of Sale and Online Return Policy

Product purchased **online** is eligible for a refund or store credit if the Customer ships, and we receive, the returned or exchanged product within 10 days of the Customers’ initial receipt of the product. Product purchased in December 2024, for the holiday season, will be eligible for return until January 10th 2025. 

The product must be returned in its original condition. Original condition is considered free from wear or in any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.  All special orders, custom pieces and skin care products are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged, and because of this we highly recommend insuring the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. 

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All products are sold in “As Is” condition. We make no warranties and disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, oral or written, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.

Jewelry is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected. 

The Golden Carrot assumes no responsibility for any damage caused once product leaves the store. 

Product with reasonable wear and tear is eligible for repair for a fee that will be determined by the Designer.

International Customers: Checkout prices do not include regional VATs, Duties or Taxes. You may owe additional charges to customs before receiving your order.
